Ph.D candidate – not any more! successfully defended on 3 Aug 2022
My M.Sc. was at the University of British Columbia in the Jankowski lab, where I studied the cophylogenetic relationship between Myrsidea chewing lice and their Peruvian Mionectes flycatcher hosts. I also explored the relationship between the presence of lice with host morphometrics and demographics. For my Ph.D. I am working with feather mites and birds, exploring how host and symbiont morphology interact.
